How to bend staples inside HEAD pallet?

Hello,

I have been modifying my frames very much lately, and I don't want to go through the hassle of taking out the butt cap, removing grip, stapling again, etc. I also do not have the tools to do so. So for easier modification, I want to bend the staples so I can easily slide the lead weights in and out.
