How to get a pro poster with signature for my son?

My 9-year-old son's favorite player is Lleyton Hewitt. Does any one know where I can get Hewitt's poster or his picture with autograph? Or where can I find his address for fan club where I can write to him and ask for picture with autograph? It will make a great birthday present for him.
