How to improve the grip pressure?

How can I improve my grip pressure in the best way? My coach told me that I am holding to tightly and hard like a 5/5 in pressure and I have to learn to hold it in 2/5 or 1/5 in pressure. It feels really weird to hold so much looser because I dont like the feeling of being scared to almost drop the racquet out of my hand.
I have to practise this because that is why my 2HBH is so stiff and boardy. I have to relax more and lossen up in shoulders, arms and wrists.

How can I improve this in the best and fastest way? Tell me about your experience in the same problem that I am dealing with!
Espacially for the 2HBH!

Thanks.

A former teaching pro (ex-top 100 on ATP Tour) told me his coach as a kid had him hold a short pencil under his forehand grip. The kind of pencil you use to keep score in golf.
Hold the pencil just tight enough to not fall out.
You want to be relaxed as possible through your stroke. A tight grip lowers racquet head speed.
My pro told me he could see my white knuckle death grip from across the net.
Think about making a full swing through the ball rather than hitting at the ball.
Hope it helps.

Pretend the grip is an egg or something maybe? I dunno....I think about things better visually, so thinking about things like that (grip as an egg) helps me more then thinking "hold the grip looser"

G.O.A.T.
I was taught to hold the racquet loosely (can turn racquet handle) and to only tighten upon contact (cannot turn racquet handle anymore.) Don't think I have ever been at 5/5 death grip, more like 3/5 at most. Only applies to groundstrokes as I hold racquet firmly when volleying.
