HPS6.1 95 & K6.1 95 Same Racquet? (Wilson Hyper Prostaff 6.1 and K Factor Ksix-one)

I picked up a K 6.1 to demo and when I compared it to my Hyper Prostaff 6.1, it seemed to be exactly the same. both are 95 and 16x18. The also play similarly except the K 6.1 had more power and less control (I blame on strings)

Does any1 know if they are the same racquet with different paintjobs?

Also, to any1 who has played with both, are there any major differences?

I want to purchase one or the other-- k6.1 for $200 on TW or HPS6.1 for $160 from racquetguys on 38ay.

Does any1 know about racquetguys, they seem to be selling a lot of stuff and are based in canada.

And does anyone know where I can get a new HPS6.1 for less than $160?

Finally, which should I buy and why?

Haven't played the new one, but the HPS 6.1 is a fine (although stiff) frame. Saying the new one is like the 6.1 would be a compliment. Outside the weight, balance, stiffness, do they really "feel" the same?

Ha, im kind of doing the same thing. I am buying a k pro staff 88 and a pro staff 6.0 95. Im curious to see the difference.

the molds are pretty much the same. The difference is K factor. ^_^

Well, I only hit with the K6.1 for less than an hour, and switched to the HPS6.1 because all the balls were going out, so I'm not to sure if they feel the same, but pretty close considering different strings and tensions.
