Hey guys!

Just a couple questions if people have some similar experience with this and have good ways to take care of them.
First, where I live its very cold and I play indoor. In addition, my hands are somewhat unique I think as they do not sweat, and become very dry. Especially in these winter months in addition to playing tennis about 4 hours a day, my hands become so dry so that my skin will open up and I get cuts on my finger tips or in places where the skin stretches out. Its very annyoing, any good advice? What ive tried before is putting bandaids over the cuts while i play, and to treat it I use neosporin and bagbalm.

Also, I have started having pain in my left index finger which is from my two-handed backhand. I think my previous racket the grip was longer and so it wasnt a problem, but now Im holding with my left hand just slightly above the handle grip so it presses against the actual racket. Im getting a spot right there that hurts quite a bit and has a big callus. Im thinking about maybe taping some kind of padding up there, any other ideas?

Thanks!

Thanks for the help.
Bagbalm is a really effective kind of lotion, id highly reccommend it for everyone on here with any hand dryness. That helps treat it, but it doesnt stop the cuts from coming unfortunately.

Tape, thats a good idea actually, would work alot better than bandaids which can easily come off lol! Where can I get that at, grocery store? Otherwise maybe I can just ask/steal some from my trainer or coach.

As far as Moleskin, isnt that for feet? I dont know much about that really, maybe I could somehow get that on my left finger I guess.
