Hybrid for Babolat Revenge

Does anyone hybrid Babolat Revenge??

Wondering if anyone out there plays or knows of any good hybrid setups for Babolat Revenge string.

I recently switched to this 17g string and I think I like it the best out of all the poly's and co-poly's I've tried. It has great pop and control and was not harsh at all! My biggest issue is that I would like more feel at the net and with angles, especially as the string starts to wear out!

I've been recommended trying softer, more playable strings to hybrid with( LiveWire XP, Gamma Professional, X-One Biphase, Babolat Addiction, Gamma TNT, Technifibre X-Code, Wilson NXT...) as well as softer co-poly's like Zo Tour or even RPM Blast. (I know some of these are great on their own and might not be good for a hybrid....)

I want to hear what anyone hybrids this with and what all you string guru's think!

...And obviously I want to avoid this relatively rigid string cutting right through a softer string, like Lux BB does to almost any multi.

i would go with a gut... the gut would make it softer and it would be more comfortable...

also, having a string hybrid with 2 polys/co-polys would often be extremely expensive (depends on which string you use)

I've only strung it as the cross at 52 lbs w/ WC Explosiv! in the mains at 57. WC recommends stringing Explosiv a bit higher than "regular" multis so I figured it was like pretty close to 52-54 over 52. Explosiv! is not a particularly soft string however and given Revenge's stiffness this set up is not terribly comfortable.

I found the spin to be good, the power nothing special but the control to be excellent. I especially like hitting forehands with this setup. I have to make sure I'm planted and hitting out to get good depth which is why I say its not an overly powerful setup for me. This is in a Fischer Magnetic Tour so a pretty flexy low powered racquet.

I'm not sure about "feel"; depends on your definition. Touch shots around the net are pretty good as are short cut slice backhand dropshots. It certainly doesn't feel like natural gut but I seem to be able to control the depth and angle well on shorter shots. I have more trouble controlling depth on longer slice backhand groundstrokes...again I think b/c the power isn't quite as high as I need it to be.

I like the play mostly but will be trying a softer poly next with natural gut as a few sets of singles wears on my arm with the Explosiv/Revenge. I'm not very hard on strings so wear has seemed pretty good to me so far.
