Hybrid suggestions

Hello,

Iam looking for some new strings and looking for a hybrid. Iam a baseline players with a good serve. My forehand is with topspin and a dubble handed bachand with little spin. I only approach the net if there is a half-court ball which asks for net play.

I did some research and came up with some suggestions. I know the suggestions with gut are probably the best ones but also the most expensive. Can someone comment on which hybrids are bad or good?

Can someone comment on which hybrids are bad or good?

Could you clarify what you want out of the hybrid? What are you looking for? Expectations?

I play with a 16 Mains / 19 Crosses string pattern. Iam looking for a string (combination) which gives me mostly control and feel and extra spin because of the 16/19. Iam not a string breaker so therefore i will consider gut.

Poly/poly hybrids are relatively uncharted waters.
There are a bazillion potential combinations and most do not play much different than fullbed.
The common factor seems to be: put the shaped poly in the mains and a smooth one in the cross.
Why not start by keeping it simple?
Use 17g syngut with 17g poly or 16g syngut with 16g poly.
Ex. Yonex1.25/OGSM17, Tourna1.30/Sweet16.
