so you drink it in middle of the match and it makes you into 5.5 level player ??
No! I drink it when I have no energy! But in the Summer month my energy comes back and I stop drinking it completely. I only drink water during tennis. I see all these tour player have a mixed energy, hydration combos. I do not play for 2-4 hours at a time anymore.

These days, I only drink dihydrogen monoxide.
I remember a study where dihydrogen monoxide was forced into rats. They swelled and burst. Dangerous stuff, and did you know that some people actually spray themselves with it every day, and others immerse themselves in it?

Look here, Athletes go immerse themselves in ICE bath after the match,, WHY ? to decrease inflammation and decrease tired muscles and enhance recovery. This Water is saying it can do all that with NO ice bath. Isn't that what we all want ?

It's amazing stuff, but you have to be careful with it, as even direct inhalation is often fatal. ;)

I'm shocked you're spreading misinformation here!

Dihydrogen monoxide is fatal ONLY if inhaled in liquid form, it's perfectly safe if inhaled in its gaseous state.

100% Hydrogen maybe. But studies & treatments have been using air with 3% to 4% added.

We only administer the 3% hydrogen with gas inhalation and its distribution to the body might differ when administered by other methods/routes or other concentrations. However, inhalation allows the application of a constant dose and by which Cmax can be obtained appropriately. Furthermore, it was shown that the inhalation of less than 4% hydrogen is practical and safe for patients.

I only drink water that doesn't have hydrogen. Give me that straight O water, and ban dihydrogen monoxide.

You're always a wealth of information, and I both appreciate and admire that. :)
My comment was a bit of a tongue-in-cheek joke, though, as it was about the lethality of inhaling dihydrogen monoxide... which is just a fancy way of saying H20.

Red bull is just to good to be true.
I strarted 1 can before simple exercises, then 1 can before tennis , then 1 afternoon
, then 1 in the evening and pretty soon I was drinking 5 can per day .
Plus coffe or 2 .
It really helps tho but the downsides are to much.
Took me a week to get to normal.
I dont drink it any more its just too good to pass and then it becomes a must.
Now if im dead tired I just use sugar drinks like small can of coke.
Works well but only if you work out very hard its maybe worth it.
