Hyper Prostaff 6.1 vs Ncode 6.1 95

Hi

So I did some demoing and tried some racquets and came to conclusion that the Prostaff line is best suited for my game. I tried Prostaff Classic 6.1 and liked it. Also tried Ncode 6.1 95 and liked it a lot also. So my decision now has fallen to just 2 frames. I heard and read a lot of great things about HPS 6.1. So I am deciding between HPS 6.1 and Ncode 6.1 95. HPS 6.1 is a great option regarding the price and I read that it plays like Ncode or maybe even better. So can anyone tell me some info about HPS 6.1 and compare the stick to Ncode 6.1 95?

Thanks a lot.

I have used both in the past. HPS6.1 is no longer in production. The Hps 6.1 is a little heavier, more headlight ,more flexible and has less power. The ncode 6.1 is better at the net, lighter, stiffer and has more power. Both good sticks, play very similar, I liked the HPS 6.1 a little better because I like lower powered sticks personally. Both excellent from the baseline, HPS 6.1 is better to serve with, Ncode better at the net. You should play them side by side before you buy if you get a chance.

I liked the n6-1 95 more for serves. It's also a bit more muted so i took off the rubber band dampener i've been using.

I've used: Yonex RQ 60, Yonex RDX 500 Mid, Prince Lite I, Head i.Radical, Wilson Hyper Hammer 6.3, Wilson Hyper Hammer 7.2, Babolat Pure Control... And NO ONE gave and give me the sensation, comfort and feeling that the nSix-One 95 16x18 gives me...

I can play with so confidence with it... I love it.

Hope that helps... Sory I cant compare it with the HPS.

On the contrary, I found the PSC6.1 to be the stiffest 95 of the bunch. I found it quite a bit more stiff than the nCode. This is in contrast to the original 6.0 95 - which if my memory serves correctly, seemed the most flexible - great feedback and not as stiff. PSC has more feel than nCode, but being quite stiff, it also gives more shock to the arm. I prefer the more muted and solid feel of the nCode.

I also found the nSixOne 95 16x18 to be quite a bit more powerful than the PSC. Spin shots were great, but flat shots were hard to dial in. This is where I prefer the 18x20. 18x20 also has best plow-through factor, but it swings heavy and is the least manuverable. However, I like it. I've settled on the 18x20 nCode. - it's worked best for me.

Yeah, I noticed the high power of the nSix-One 16x18 too....

And I love it :D ... For example, I cant handle the RDX500 Mid (even with 55 lbs) Too lack of power for me
