Hypothetical Match up- FO 2013 Federer Vs Ferrer

Federer has never lost to Ferrer, but was in or of his worst form in FO 2013 and lost to Tsonga in the QF, and was projected to meet Ferrer next. And Ferrer was in one of his best form ever at the FO reaching the final the year.
If the meeting occurred, would Ferrer had found a way to lose to Federer in spite of his bad form or would he have gotten his first win on the day?

Might be close, but Federer would be the favorite. It's not like Ferrer was GOATing or something. He lost 6-3 6-2 6-3 to Nadal who didn't even play his best. Can't see him beating a player who totally owns him, especially in a slam semifinal. They played lots of matches where Federer was in bad form, yet Ferrer still couldn't beat him.
