Just follow the instructions from there. A caveman can do it.
For those that have never played Legend of the Red Dragon:
You're going to spend time in places like the Forest, F, fighting creatures and finding some random items and places. While you're fighting, you gain experience points, gold, and gems. Keep track of your hit points because you won't survive if you run out.
The Healer's Hut, H, is a place to restore your hit points. It costs you a bit for each hit point, but it's well worth it.
Moving up the levels is pretty easy. You go to Turgon's Warrior Training and challenge your Master. You can only do so when you have the necessary amount of experience points. Not to give away everything, but:
To get to:
Level 2 - 100 experience
Level 3 - 400 experience
Level 4 - 1000 experience
If you don't see the full menu when at a location, press ? to see it
Oh, and there's lot of things and places to visit in my L.O.R.D. realm. Have fun people! I think it's quite stable, but let me know if something weird happens.

- When prompted for name, type New
- Follow the instructions

- Follow the directions (i.e. hit any key)
- Set your own password
- You'll get to a screen where you press Q

- Hit n to search for more messages
- In the main menu, press X for External Programs
- Press 2 for Games
