Shelton did the put phone down thing after he beat him at USO, which was just the latest in a number of issues they had had with each other for years.

interestingly while in countries like Spain Italy Serbia and other places, players from same nation get on quite well, American players always have and have had bad blood between them. Every generation of Americans in my lifetime did not get on at all...McEnroe/Connors...Sampras/Courier/Agassi/Chang.....Roddick/Blake....Fritz/Tiafoe/Shelton/Paul
