Try both, but with the hybrid use gut in the mains, and decide if you like hyper g in it. The other classic option is luxilon element, either full bed or hybrided with alu power (although that hybrid likely won't hold tension long). One of my tennis buddies who uses the v5 98s loves Luxilon Savage in it, which is good from a price point perspective at least.I am using head velocity on my racket but i dont like it.
I have babolat rpm blast 1.25 touch vs 1.30 (natural gut) hybrid package and solinco hyper g 1.25 should i use them or should i use another string (I can buy another strings and i can use hybrid setups)

Yes a hybrid would be good, but I’d highly suggest using hyper g round if you’re going to hybrid it with nxt. You want a smoother/ non shaped poly so the bed doesn’t get locked up right away - I have a friend who insists on stringing nxt with hyper g normal, and it drives me crazy cause even as I’m stringing it it’s cutting through the nxt mains.Im intermediate player I thinking about play with Solinco hyper-g and wilson nxt hybrid or full hyper-g.
In my opinion if i use hybrid with nxt i will have easy power with spin and control
Am i thinking right ?
I think he said it's the 98S, which is 18 mains, 16 crosses, pretty funky to see when stringing my friend's v5 (tight mains, pretty open crosses)Luxilon Savage is great in Blades as a full bed
I put Cyclone Tour and Lynx Tour/Hawk Touch hybrid in my racquets which are not super dissimilar to a Blade 98…@lasciva are you using the 18/20 or the 16/19(?)

For now im using 18x16 but i might buy blade v9 98 16x19 crossesLuxilon Savage is great in Blades as a full bed

I am actually thinking of doing something exactly like thisJust had a v9 Blade 16x19 strung up NXT 17g/ALU Power 18g at 51/46-WOW! Super comfy. Power in loads. Have used for four hours…lets see what happens next
If alupower is like rpm blast I wont like the alu powerAlu power
Why not main natural gutHyper g main, natural gut cross - best
Btw I bought hyper-g soft.I read somewhere that the round version doesnt have enough spinYes a hybrid would be good, but I’d highly suggest using hyper g round if you’re going to hybrid it with nxt. Too much power, but if you prefer that, it's not a bad choiceWhy not main natural gut
Alu Power is nothing like RPM Blast. Totally different. If alupower is like rpm blast I wont like the alu power
I have a pure drive racket with rpm blast strings on it and I dont like the feel of it. It feel like have a little bit sweet spot
Love 4G or Confidential in my blades!
Full bed it’s fine, but not in a hybrid. Round strings are actually spin friendly depending on a number of factors (ie snapback).Btw I bought hyper-g soft.I read somewhere that the round version doesnt have enough spin
Actually i read in tennis warehouse reviews about hyper g versions
Alu power is not similar at all to RPM blast. If alupower is like rpm blast I wont like the alu power

Actually i dont like pure drive Blade’s feel so much betterAlu power is not similar at all to RPM blast.
I don’t think anyone has ever said a pure drive with any string has a small sweet spot. It’s possible it was strung too tight.
Full bed multiflament not usable and durableAll depending on the level and play style of the player. At the 4.0+ level, I would say to use Hyper G. Below a 4.0, I would probably sell the frame and get something easier to use. Knowing that that isn't an option, I would say full bed multifilament at 50 to 52lbs. This is pretty forgiving, and it should make it pretty easy to use for anyone between a 3.0 and 4.5 level.
Have you used it before? I met 3 pretty advanced players with that exact setup over the last week. They really are enjoying it, and they’re getting 3-4 weeks per stringjob, which if you don’t break poly in that time, you should cut it out anyways.Full bed multiflament is not usable

I played with full velocity 28kg tension and t was not like the hybrid setup I currently use (Solinco hyper-g and wilson nxt power)Have you used it before?
