I need a crisp string, similar to Wilson Reaction to cross with Topspin Concept Pure.
PGSD comes to mind. Crispiest string I've played with so far.
any other recommendations?
Yonex 850 Pro
Gosen Super JC...
KFC Extra Crispy. ;-)
Put a set of global gut 16 in the oven for 12 minutes at about 120 degrees F (warm but not too hot) and it will achieve a crispy texture, and you'll get a poly feel with Indian gut. You'll also get an ALU rough texture as well.
Kirschbaum PL II
Uh, that can't be very good for the string's durability, can it?
Tf multifeel, gosen micro, superstring voodoo energy, babolat addiction and excell, PSGD, ah that's all that I know of.
Oh ans Prince recoil
Head FXP control. Firm multi.
babolat super-fine play >>>
IMO fxp is not crisp at all, firm, low powered and muted i would say...
Why not use Reaction?
I am on a budget. How does PSGD compare to OG sheep. I have been using that as a cross on the Concept Pure for a while now. But I feel like I want something more crisp. Like reaction, BUT cheaper....
well i started to use reaction and now...apparently...its been discontinued!!! why does wilson do these horrible things to their customers!!!!
Check out Ashaway dynamite.Rips the felt right off the ball it's so crisp.Zyex is an amazing string.
Built like barbwire.
Crisp? I'd go with on the softer end of the polys. Although compared to any other strings... Hm, I see your point
My computer is ********...sorry for the double post
fxp sucks big time..
is ashway dynamite lively? does it have power? or is it low powered
try signum pro poly plasma 17, its very crisp
btw fxp does not suck, jose acasuso uses it, i really like the feel, but it doesnt' last long
fxp's string movement is horrible. moving all over the shop. loses tension drastically. going to cut it soon!
