I think I am just going to get another Cat 6, if I can find one. If anyone stumbles across one anywhere PM me.

Try a Boris Becker Pro. I have just bought some in order to move to a tweener... it rocks.

m-Fil 400 with 3 pennies taped on each side of throat. Weighs about 11oz and can be had for $40 if you know where to look.

I have an mfill400 and it just buzzes way too much. The vibration is quite annoying and uncomfortable.

The best tweener I've tried (stock) was the LM Instinct (Austrian Made). Good pop but controllable, great spin, VERY stable for the weight and quite comfortable. It beats the cr4p out of any Pure Drive ever made and it costs 1/2 as much.

Volkl V1

How about the Volkl DNX V1? Very expensive but the ultimate tweener racket! I just happen to have one in 9/10 condition that I can sell for $80 shipped!

I was looking into the yonex rds003. Looks like a little more weight but not tooo much. I do feel yonex is girly racquet. Thank goodness hewitt plays otherwise I would have second thoughts. Has anyone had any experience with this racquet?

I've tried it, it's pretty good. Generous sweetspot and I like the longer handle, great for 2HBH. Easy to work with, but had a little hollow sound when you strike the ball. Could have been the strings or something though. And I don't know where you got the girly racquet part, there's a bunch of male pros that use it.

Babolat Pure Storm is a big smaller 98 sq in as opposed to 100, but it's right at 11 oz and has a slighly headlight balance.

i guess everyone's entitled to their opinion. i just don't think it'd be fair to judge a brand based on which pros use it, even though that's what most people do.

I've heard great things about the volkl powerbridge 8. Haven't played it myself but it seems to be right down your alley. Give it a demo, maybe you'll like it.
