I'm still hoping Delpo will be back before the US open, allthough I guess the chances are slim. He's always so much fun to watch, especially if he starts unloading that brutal forehand!

Rafa loses only when injured. Always remember this ground rule, then everything is so simple to understand.

Not only that, he also wins injured all the time. Except for WTF titles.

He was too tired there half the time from tough season.

The other half he was too rested for WTF. He took too much time off, he lacked match practice, he was rusty.

I saw a tweet from an Argentine journalist saying there is a rumour that he that the pain has returned and he may need more surgery.

Very sad if true, brace yourself for the worst.

A strong rumor circulating in BsAs tennis clubs. Del Potro is back in operation? the only thing confirmed is that pain back
For pain in the wrist, Delpo retrained light and cancel his return to Asia and Basel. The rest are just rumors ... but ...

I am argentinean. That source is unreliable.

good..apart from anything he has been celebrating his burfdayy, and yesterday poasted pics on facebook /twitter of him in the gym pulling on weights, something he wouldn't do if he felt any "pain" recently..

so del potro is ok and getting on with his fitness/rehab work.
