The latest Tomaz from Feel Tennis video "Swing A Tennis Racket Like A Weight Instead Using It Like A Tool" seems to have unlocked my ability to play 'relaxed' and not arm the ball.
I kept hearing that I need to 'stay relaxed and loose' and watching videos of myself i could see I was not relaxed and not loose. The video explained why you need to play relaxed - to swing the racquet like a weight and let the racquet swing it's natural path rather than to 'push it' where I think it should be going. I found that being loose lets gravity control the drop and a relaxed grip allows the racquet to swing it's natural path.
I am only 2 sessions post this video, but it feels like a new swing
