Yeah, it would be really nice if he got himself into the top 10. He's shown the ability to push the top players in a way that most in the current top 10 can barely do. It would be nice to see some more of that. He seemed to play his best tennis, and some of the best anyone played in 2013, at the beginning of the year, and then kind of disappear. Hopefully he can get it together.
After he nearly beat Murray at the start of the year, Lendl said it was the best tennis anyone had played so far in 2013, but that Dimitrov couldn't keep it up. They say he's working on his fitness now. Better late than never, but he's starting to burn into his prime years without a whole lot to show for it, aside from some cash, minor fame and a super-chick.
