If Djokovic had been born at the dawn of time, how many slams would he win?

I think all of them. He would have won every slam in history and other players would just be playing tennis to get some fitness.

About 400 slams for Djokovic, maybe Borg, Laver, Federer, Nadal etc might get one each if Djokovic gets injured or takes some time off.

Really they are all lucky Djokovic doesn't have a time machine, he could go back and play only the slams and win every one

Djokovic would not want to live that long. It would be sad to see the friends you make eventually get old and die while he stays 150+ years old with a 20 year old body.

His Maria Sharapova imitation which garnered laughs from the Rome Colosseum crowd for the 1st 100 years, would have worn out by 180 A.D.

Furthermore his fiery passion to play tennis on the wings of a plane would mean he and his hitting partner would accompany the Wright brothers on each of their flight attempts. However the added weight would beleaguer and demoralize the brothers and other inventors, setting back mans first flight by 20 years. The upside is by the year 2000 all large passenger planes would be equipt with a full sized tennis court.

Towser, I lurked for a long time on these forums before finally registering, and I have to say you are of the best posters here. I liked reading your posts - you're a fan of tennis, not a ****, and appreciate other players.

+1, I enjoy his posts as well.

i would say none. on the 60 minutes interview, Djokovic said he only got interested in tennis after noticing there were tennis courts nearby his parents' restaurant. If he came to the world before this happened, there would no tennis courts and he would not have been interested in tennis. his future would have been completely different.

A post made me laugh out loud--what seemed virtually impossible, actually happened.

Thanks guys, Numenor, I look forward to your posts, Kragster you're one of my favourite posters here for sure. You always come across as tennis fan and not a particular fan of one player.
