If Djokovic had got past Fonseca, would he beat Mensik as well ?

with djoker's legs gone, mensik probably would have won it
separately
i try to copy crybabies' ridiculous logic here
assuming djoker won 3-2 against fonz.
mensik's win is 3 sets straight
thus mensik is better than djoker

I don't think clay is his surface at this stage of his career. Last year was the last good tennis you will see from him on clay. I think Mensik would have beaten him most likely, and possibly even Ruud may have.

50-50. Depends on his legs. But he'd be a 50/50 against Mensik and another 50/50 against Zverev, and maybe 70/30 against Cobolli/Ruud.

Add those win chances up and it doesn't look good.

He was going nowhere . BO5 is lost cause for him.
Anyone who push him to 5th set has great chance against NOVAK.
He is not a contender at wimbeldon also.
Yes a little chance like every other player in the draw.
Experience means nothing if BODY refuse to cooperate.

He would not have got past anyone because he is not good enough of clay now, that is just how it is.

He can navigate this draw on Grass maybe, but we will see that come Wimbledon.

He ain't winning it (and another slam altogether btw) anyway, and that moment of sitting in the draw even without sonic or baelos this current edition of rg only proves it, i guess he will come to ot by 100 percent soon, maybe it will happen after wimby, maybe not, at the moment he is perhaps somewhere at about 80 percent, so there's that

He might not have been in peak condition in RG but he was still trying his best. He had higher chances of winning RG than at Wimbledon since Sinner will be in peak condition by then.

in the future this will look like an impossible draw for 39 years old Novak.

Fonseca, Ruud, Mensik, Zverev, Cobolli might be five consecutive matches against players who have reached top5 of the rank.

Honestly while Fonseca played excellent, Novak looked kind of cooked in that match as the match went on. If he managed somehow to win I doubt he gets past Mensik.

Dude, Mansheik already beat Djokovic in a final at a Masters. Straight sets, bro!

And the Mansheik turns around and dominates Foneseca in front of his home crowd after Fonseca already beat Djokovic.

Nowhere in any line of reasonable reasoning does it suggest that Djokovic would have defeated Mansheik at Roland & Garros.

Djokovic almost defeated Fonseca, so you wouldn’t know what would happen if he had met Mensik first.

That said, Fonseca and Mensik seem both also capable of defeating anyone. Mensik now has to win the FO, since he took out Fonseca

Djokovic cannot even have the satisfaction that he got defeated by a player who went on to win the major or made a deep run

Mensik defeated Fonseca solidly and without much trouble. He would have been eaten alive by Mensik. Mensik defeated Djokovic last year (while injured) in a Masters Final, in conditions that favored Nole by far. On clay, where Nole is weaker, Mensik would easily dispatch him without need of a tiebreak.
