If Federer dominated a weak era, then so have Nadal and Djokovic

Unfortunately he had two of the finals on back to back days(USopen 2012 & RG2015). But no excuses on the other two. It is what it is. He lost to better player on that day, the same way Fed did to Safin at AO2005.

Indeed, scheduling was an issue but Djokovic is to blame for allowing the Murray match to stretch into 2 days this year. I see Federer winning a higher proportion of those matches - I only see Stan beating him in those scenarios (what a level of play from Stanimal).

I thought you claimed Murray is a mental weakling? As for Nishikori match, Novak was way off that day, Safin beat a zoning Fed in one of the best tennis matches of this era.

Federer won all those USO playing back to back days

Are you saying that Federer and Nadal are the only two players Novak should have lost to in the slams since 2011 NatF?

The U.S Open loss to Nishikori was kind of inexcusable IMO. The rest, well he is going to lose sometimes and they were all good opponents. Although he is probably looking at Federer standards, and Fed from 2004-2007 was truly untouchable off clay, only losing 1 match to Safin.

I'm saying certain posters shouldn't be arguing that Djokovic would dominate 04-07 like Federer did considering some of his slam losses in recent years.
