She's exaggerating but any other player ranked 20 or under, in the same circumstances would have been banned for 6-12 months minimum.

Some dunderhead was whining that Sinner needs to be penalized for failing not one but TWO doping tests.

If we accept the Tribunal finding of accidental contamination why should Sinner be additionally penalized for failing the second test? The second failed test, eight days after the first, is to be expected and is consistent with the accidental contamination finding.
 
I just told you that I don't have any confidence in the Tribunal's findings, so whether the two tests are part of the one doping event is a minor matter.

My reading of the rules is that one year would have been the minimum. And WADA asked for one to two years before they threw their hand in with the "deal".

Any athlete can get more sophisticated steroid like prednisolone/prednisone/methylpred and apply them for TUEs and they would get more bang for your buck.

You have far too high a confidence level in the first hearing and its findings. A definitive judgment from CAS would have provided us with real confidence.

The article you cite is a philosophical one, so it might be useful for WADA to consider it in order to reform. But on the Sinner case itself it is unconvincing.

If she had done what she said she was going to do to that umpire, I believe she could be have been incarcerated for even more than 20 years, which we could technically assimilate to a ban.
 
I don't remember anyone interpreting her words as a real threat. These matters are punished by the sport itself.

If he gets 7-8 Majors he will. Though it might be interesting if the current ATG start dropping off, and who. So most people have Becker, Edberg and Wilander as start of ATG. I have Wilander the worst though most Majors.

At least im going to kindly ask the mods to do something about the constant pollution of dope threads.

They should make a dope category (so the Sinner haters can have a place to party) and prohibit dope talk on the general pro player discussion, that would be a huge step up...
