If Nadal doesn't win USO this year, he may never win it !

This year is Nadal's best chance to win because of his form, confidence and health.
Fed's game is declining and Nadal has beaten some of his key rivals easily; Berdych, Soderling and Murray. Also J DelPo will not be a force this year.

If he doesn't win with all the favorable odds on his least favorite surface, other players will always know that no matter how well he does in FO and Wimb, he will always be vulnerable in NYC every year.

Nadal's pursuit of the USO maight turn into something similar to Lendl's obsession with Wimbledon.

I'm sure he'll win it whether this year or the next or the next he is too good a player not to!

He's been to the semis before, but has always ran out of gas. I think he can do it, but it will be really hard for him.

He might win it when he turns 28 though.
