If you could rename the 9 Masters after players?

G.O.A.T.
Just to make clear, NOT SLAMS.

But the 9 Masters, who would it be? You can just play around with the all-timers or try and make it only to nationals (so Federer wouldn't be named after the Canadian Masters for example) with some exceptions (no notable players from Monaco)

Indian Wells -
Miami -
Monte Carlo -
Madrid -
Rome -
Canada -
Cincinnati -
Shanghai -
Paris -

Mine:
Indian Wells - Chang Cup
Miami - Agassi Trophy
Monte Carlo - The Nadal
Madrid - Rafa Rod
Rome - Panatta Cup
Canada - Bedard Cup
Cincinnati - Riggs Memorial Trophy
Shanghai - Zeng Zhu Spiral
Paris - Forget Tree

Riggs won Cincinnati 4 times, but Federer has won it 7 times. So I think it would be more appropriate to call it Federer Trophy

Mine:
Indian Wells - Oracle Cup
Miami - Stretch Trophy
Monte Carlo - The Rafael Cup
Madrid - The Nadal Cup
Rome - The Parera Cup (aka the 'Paella Pan')
Canada - The Tale of Two Cities Cup
Cincinnati - fedr Memorial Trophy / The Sureshs Competing Athletes' Trophy (aka 'The SCAT')
Shanghai - The Tumbleweed Cup
Paris - ????

Why do these events get named after players from the countries they're hosted in, but MC is named "The Nadal"?

Who is Zeng Zhu anyway?

All MS should be named after the man who has the most: The one you know who.

Then we have:

Indian Wells - Novak Djokovic Cup 1
Miami - Novak Djokovic Cup 2
Monte Carlo - Novak Djokovic Cup 3
Madrid - Novak Djokovic Cup 4
Rome - Novak Djokovic Cup 5
Canada - Novak Djokovic Cup 6
Cincinnati - Novak Djokovic Cup 7
Shanghai - Novak Djokovic Cup 8
Paris -
Novak Djokovic Cup 9

Seems a bit of a stretch at this stage to name Cincinnati after him! ;)

Yes, let him win it 8 times first. Only 8 to go! :). Seriously though, even though he has the most at currently 30 - he doesn't hold the record outright in any of them (tied with Agassi in Miami and tied with Murray at Shanghai). Correction: He holds the record of 4 at the Paris indoors. (Interesting note that he won in 2009 when the courts were faster).

His record is really impressive though. 30 is incredible :)

I think he holds the record at IW too with 5 titles.
