I'm calling a possible upset....Shiavone def. Clijsters

Shiavone has been playing some spirited tennis lately. In Sydney, she made it to the final, where she should've beaten Justine Henin-Hardenne. She lead 6-4,4-1 before falling in 7-5 in the third. Clijsters isn't playing quite as well as she was in the Summer. However, I think her hip injury has something to do with that.

Also, if Vaidisova can keep her emotions in tact, she has a chance to upset Mauresmo. Mauresmo has been patchy lately as well.

Maybe if we make enough predictions some will come true. If you're lucky your Schiavone prediction should go better than the Vaidisova prediction.

I only hope Clijsters loses so that Hingis can possibly make it that much further.

Who knew I would become a Hingis fan after hating her for so long...

Not a BIG prediction seeing as Clijsters is injured and could have realistically gone out in any of her matches so far.

Doesn't matter who wins that match because martina will have a tough time with either player provided she wins her fourth round match today.

Maybe it's slightly better to play against Shiavone as she may not be a big-time player like Clijsters who has the necessary experience to win all the big matches under all the pressure. Either way, it might be a very tough battle for Hingis.

Go Hingis!

I believe Hingis has a winning record vs Kimmy but it will be tough. If they face each other, i wont know who to root for, i want Kimmy to get her second GS but also i want Hingis to win it all, i was never a big Hingis fan but i like her amazing will.

I'm sure neither Clijsters nor Hingis put much value into their past matches, as they both know that Clijsters has VASTLY improved since then.
