TW [or whoever],

For repeating customers who order a lot, what about having accounts when you order you get credit... And when you get enough credits, you can use them to get free stuff or discounts? Say, free shipping or a shirt?

I wish.. I probably ordered over $1000 from TW this year.. If TW wasn't in california i'd get a better deal (no tax).. but they are.. so oh well

For Example, one dollar spent equals one point. A shirt is 60 points [or whatever], get 60 points, get a shirt or wait and get something more!

if we go with your way that means we can get a lot of free stuff if we buy one racquet

Sounds like wishful thinking to me. I mean, some of those Nike shirts are like $55, so it would almost the same as buy one Nike shirt, get one free. As nice as TW is, I don't think they're THAT nice! :(

That's an example, similar to those american express or whatever, make it so TW can turn a profit, but just reward those who order a lot from TW! =)

You'd be hard pressed to find a measly TW message board poster who didn't support this. It's not up to us, though.

First, I'll say that we appreciate everyone buying their gear from TW, and for the loyalty of those who keep supporting us. We try to offer special promotions (gift with purchase, price breaks on quantity purchases, etc.) that provide added value. However, we probably won't be setting up a "rewards program" anytime soon. I don't see Amazon or other consumer online retailers offering this type of program. Also, from a logistical standpoint, it would be very difficult. We hope you decide to shop with TW because we have the best selection of products, competitive prices and best service. As always, we'll match any price from a US retailer that we can confirm. Thanks again to everyone who supports TW! Don/Tennis Warehouse

They do price match? Sounds good. I have to say, even though I'm in Canada, TW is quite amazing selection-wise and I will probably do all my shopping here from now on. Is TW just a warehouse or is there actually a retail outlet?

I've yet to find a site with as many products, reviews, etc. I believe you'll receive plenty of business for quite a while TW.

What about something like every couple hundred dollars spent gets you 10 percent off your next purchase or something like that? That would be great if TW did something like that, I mean not to where they're losing a profit, but you know if they could give a little discount and still turn a profit that would be cool. As for the price matching, they do because I just ordered a racquet from them the other day that I had seen on a website for a cheaper price, and after confirming, they matched the price. Also, as for gifts, I didn't know they sent gifts, but that might explain why I got a copy of Deuce magazine with my shipment today.
Thanks TW!

Maybe that was a mistake and they're going to ask you to send it back to them? ;)

Haha wouldn't that suck. There's some new employee scratching his head right now, hey have you seen my new Deuce magazine? But if they did as for it back, I'd eat a big mexican dinner and then bring it to the restroom with me and finish it and then send it back :D
