Djokovic has wildcarded into Acapulco which will warm him up better for IW.
Strange that he withdrew from Dubai where Roger Federer is playing and to whom he lost in 2014 and 2015, and went to Acapulco where Rafa is playing. Maybe Novak has some confidence issues and he wants badly to win a tournament.

Both Dubai and Acapulco would be interesting

Djokovic was never scheduled for Dubai. I interpreted that as his retiring mode and was expecting him to drop a clay masters too. The Acapulco wild card shows he getting interested in putting in more time to his game. It seems Fedal has him motivated. I suspect Jelena liked the idea of Acapulco which is a traditional resort area. She won't mind hanging out around Indian Wells a bit extra too I'm sure.;)

 oh it's on now :)
Yes it is. Round 1 Acapulco and it could be an SF though I'd rather Rafa put RaoSlug down and they meet in the final.:D Thiemerer might pick up a head of steam too vulturing down in Rio.:D I'd like to see a replay of Thiem vs Djoko from Miami take place in Acapulco.
Freaking Delpo may show and thats one helluva a surprise for someone in the first round. 1/16 chance of Delpo roulette coming up. LOL if its RaoSlug after likely Delray encounter.:p

Hmmm, and what does that make Roger dropping 2nd round match in Dubai to Donskoy? :p ;)
Wait, he lost!? I've been staying the he-l away from non Del Potro matches since the Aus Open. Can't believe it. If only he could have had that kind of effort a month ago..

Hope Delpo gets seeded. He's no 32 in the live rankings right now, though could be overtaken. However it seems Simon is not playing (not in the entry list on the website or wiki) and Tsonga isn't sure if he'll play as his baby is due soon. So possibly a little bit of breathing space.

Like I said Novak is terrible. Was too scared of Dubai and couldn't even make semis at Acapulco. How can you expect him to win IW?
I don't expect anything; just hopeful! Nole's been pret' near perfect for a couple years; it has to come to a crashing halt sooner or later! Winning both IW/Miami for 3 straight years, it has to go to someone else; the odds say that! :p ;)

I think that means Delpo is bumped to #32 seed as of now too, though he can be overtaken by Cuevas/Sousa/Fognini/Schwartzman depending on their results

I will be there on the 15th for the men's round of 16 and the women's quarters. I am sure looking forward to it. I was there when Rafa beat Delpo in 2013 when it was 93 degrees in the shade. I would love to see those two slug it out again this year.

I'll be there all day on the 14th and 15th. General admission is only $50 and all of the best action is usually on the outer courts (plus you can get SO close!).

That is the last day of play in court 2. Court 1 and 2 will have amazing matches. This is my 4th time going on this day.

I'm probably still going to go with Djokovic.
Not Nadal or Fed. Murray I just don't know at the moment. I feel like Djokovic will be back hard for Indian Wells and Miami.
Nadal or djokovic for indian wells. Djokovic or murray for miami.

Del potro the dark horse.
