An easy match for Roger Federer in theory, but somehow Delbonis won their only match played in Hamburg 2013 by 76(7) 76(4). Schedule of the match is not before 19:00 PST.

Federer in 2. Wait...

Delbonis in 3 for sure. He has never lost to Federer.

Blame the ATP for taking mugshots.

TOO much lighting and too high definition cams.

I'm actually interest seeing this match-up cause I caught a glimpse of Delbonis and he takes such a big cut at the ball on the forehand with so much RHS kinda like Kachanov, its gonna be interesting to see how Fed handles that. Never watched Delbonis before but should be intriguing.

Delbonis beat Fed after he tweaked his back from playing football in Hamburg IIRC, even then it was in two TBs.

Yep it was. He went on to Gstaad and lost to Brands, then gave up on the new racquet until 2014.

Funnily enough I thought his highest level in 2013 was during the first half of his match against Rafa at Cinci, which was with the old 90".
I guess some Fed matches at the AO 2013 were of great quality, too. The full draw was literally a murderer's row since 2R, Davydenko, Tomic, Raonic, Tsonga, Murray.

Yeah, the match before against haas is what kicked him into gear.
I also saw him live vs Raonic at the AO 2013, which he played pretty well.
Also Rome 2013, didn’t drop a set before the final and would’ve won if not for Nadal.

Former BFF Gavin Rossdale in the house, the lady seated next to him looked kinda like Margot Robbie
