Insole bunching up

I've been playing in the Adidas Ubersonic 3 for a while now, and really love them. However, after many months they've developed a problem I've not had before. When I move very aggressively on court, the insole will move, bunching up (meaning becoming lumpy) under my toes. After the point I can generally wiggle my toes and get it to lay flat again, so I believe the heel portion of the insole is staying put. It's just the toe portion that's causing trouble.

I'm not sure what could be causing it. My two best guesses are:

1. My toes dig in as I move aggressively, and the insole is so worn now that my toes are strong enough to move it around. If this is the case, perhaps replacing the stock insole with an aftermarket one would remedy the problem.
2. The upper is stretched out enough to allow my foot to move around too much, and my foot is taking the insole with it. If this is the case, I imagine I just need new shoes.

Have others experienced this? Any other ideas as to what might be going on, or how to remedy it?

Very few shoes, if any, come with a really good insole. Most should be replaced with a better
quality athletic insole.

In the mean time you might try some double-stick tape or spray adhesive (something that is tacky
but not perminately bonding). Also, if the uppers are stretched, you might try thicker socks (or double socks)
and see if that helps.
