i got this

today and it came in all wrinkly. i was wondering how i would iron it.

it says to cool iron and i googled it. It said to iron on the lowest setting and i did but all the wrinkles are still there

starch helps, i'm not sure about this material though. try turning up the heat a tad, safe enough not to ruin it.

I have seen a commercial about steaming clothing, and it was better than ironing.

Hang it in the bathroom whilst you take a hot shower with the window shut, and leave it in there when you're done until the steam has cleared.

(and I'm sure you've gathered this... but just in case ;-)... the purpose of this is to have it in a steamy atmosphere. You're not supposed to get it wet...)

Agree with 2 earlier posts - either throw it in the dryer for a bit or use the shower steam method. Both work great and require a lot less effort

if i take a shower the steam will take out all of the wrinkles?

yep, just put it on a hanger and hang it somewhere in your bathroom while you take a shower. The steam generated from your shower generally takes the wrinkles out. It works like a steam iron. I do this all the time with delicate clothes that can't be ironed.

Thanks for the shower tip. I have this wrinkle at the collar and it kinda gets in the way while I warmup. =)

Wow, 11 posts and no-one suggested the most obvious:

Wash it, and lay it out flat to dry.

(Though the steaming is a good second option).

Would be funny if he misunderstood the tip and actually wore the jacket in the shower. Or maybe not.

I would not use an iron on it unless it was a last resort and only with very low heat. An iron will totally melt the new materials they make shirts and jackets out of these days. (Don't ask how I know:))
