@TejP,
Now that you've linked a photo of the
actual machine in question (BTW, which
is the current, most updated version)...
Yes, it is a good deal.
Even if the owner has misplaced the remaining "odds & ends" (i.e. the additional pads for the 12/6 billiards, the extra pads for the shoulder supports, & the badminton adapters for each of the 4 shoulder supports) - all of that stuff can be purchased, if necessary, from Gamma.
Also, keep in mind that the $1399 retail price would come to even more after tax and/or shipping.
So, $1000 local pick-up is a good deal.
Hint: once you're there at his/her place, follow the suggestion by
@esgee48 and offer $900 (but have the $1000 with you, in the event that the seller balks at your $900 offer).
See what I wrote here...
I'll probably go check it out either today or tomorrow and see. Go. Now. Run! Don't wait. If you don't buy it someone else will. I would not even try to dicker with the seller. Irvin is correct on this. However, I would disagree that it's not worth "dickering". It almost always pays...
tt.tennis-warehouse.com
and...
Note: I don't believe that the X-ELS comes with a starting clamp included. However, the seller may have previously bought one.
If that's the case, try to get the starting clamp too (even if you have to pay a little extra [$35, or less] in order to get it).
