Is Blade v8 handle+butt cap same shape as the Clash?

I am coming from an old school Wilson Six One 95S (~2014), which has the more square shaped handle and less flare in the butt cap

I found that with the Clash, I had to go down 1 grip size because of the new shape of the handle (more oval, more flare in butt cap)

Is the Blade v8 handle+buttcap the same as the Clash?

No, they do feel different. I prefer the Blade handle shape, but like you, I went down a size for the Clash to compensate, because I prefer the Clash 98 over the Blade overall.

No.. they are different... The new V8 butt cap shape is great...

If I get a Blade V8 should I stick with my usual grip size or should I go down like I did with the Clash?
