Is Carlitos propaganda??

Very good BO3 player on hard courts and fast clay courts, not good anywhere else. That is disappointing for a player who was said to win 30 slams (according to TTW). Is Carlitos pure propaganda, or will he be good enough to win slams eventually?

He’s 19 and has already won 4 titles this year. Beaten Djokodal back to back.

There are holes in his game and some of the hype was premature, admittedly. He’s incredibly error prone for a top guy and does not have a reliable serve or return yet. Even still, look how damn good he is even with those limitations.

As for his future: the elbow injury is massively concerning but he’s easily the most promising youngster in a decade. It would take a total disaster (like, career ending injury or some sort of alcoholism/drug addiction) for him not to eventually win Slams.

Hes overrated but if you look at the shallow talent pool he'll do very well because with Zverev out (a bad matchup for him) theres NOTHING around. . But he may struggle a long time to grab that first slam. Hes a weird one. He could win alot of slams or he could win very little. Hes a little too arrogant for my taste right now

I don’t think he’s propaganda but I see him as an Agassi tier player at most, I don’t see him winning double digits. I feel Sinner will dominate the fast hard courts and FAA/Berrettini/Hurkacz will share grass court slams. So it’s gonna be hard for him to achieve double digits

He’s a month over 19 and already having serious looking elbow issues… we’ve seen what happened to Tsitsipas with the stiff RA/full bed of high tension poly set up, he’s been a shadow of himself since the elbow surgery. This is really concerning, it’s like a pitcher in baseball already contemplating Tommy John.

Ferrero has to get this right, I’m not even sure if he should be playing Wimbledon if the elbow is that serious of an issue. Need to read more about it but by all accounts it does not look good.

I doubt sinner will win more than one or two slams. FAA will be very good and Berry is looking good as well. The youngsters will break through very soon!
