I had to do this poll, because someone is arguing that Fed didn't win at least 6 majors in 3/4 of the majors. Let's find out who was wrong.

Only a Fed fanatic would call Cinci a slam, as it Never was and Never will be a slam.
Conspiracy theory excuses when you don't like results. You can't disprove it, so now you use ad hom arguments to bash on Fed fans. You exposed your weak mind, thanks.

When did the ITF or ATP ever declare Cincy a slam? Fed fans want Cincy to be considered a slam to add to his slam count. Cinch is NOT a slam and NEVER WILL BE. Deal with the reality, if you are capable of dealing with reality.

Anything is a slam now. Any live tennis event attended by at least 1,000 spectators would seem like a slam at this point.

But having said that, there's a chance that no slam will ever be held ever again.

Coming from someone who lives 45 mins from Cincy...no, no it is not. Like not even a little, not even accidentally. If I had to put it quantifiable terms it would be 0.00%. What I'm saying, is that there's no chance.

Ok, then if you go by this road, when did ATP decleared that Fed or Rafa or Nole are goats? Or that Djokovic won in a weak era?
Neither was decleared by the ATP, but it's still accepted here. Your ATP argument is weak.
Goat is what fans decide and they have chosen Federer, it's youwho can't deal with reality, we have also chosen that Cincy is a slam.

Will there only be the same 4 slams for the rest of our lives or will there ever be another tournament that moves to best of 5 sets and increases prize money? Ive heard of Indian Wells being called the "5th slam". The main stadium is the 2nd biggest outdoor stadium in the world behind Arthur Ashe.

There will never be any new addition to the 4 traditional Slams unless (in the extremely unlikely event) any of them have to permanently pull out for some drastic reason.

Erm, you do realize that the whole "Cincy is a Slam" thing was started by a Nadal fan in an attempt to dismiss Federer?

Says who? Is there a rule on a stone tablet somewhere?

I voted both yes and no because it's all subjective. To some loonies, yes it's a slam. And during these difficult times I appreciate everyone, even you nuts.

Grand Slams:

. - Wimbledon: .London, England (home of the original Grand Slam).
. - U.S. Open: .New York City (the second oldest Grand Slam and held in 'Gotham' ...arguably the most international of cities).
. - Roland Garros: .Paris, France: .long-considered the 'clay' grand slam.
. - Australian Open: .Melbourne: .the fan-friendly "happy slam" (even if held in the least prepossessing of cities).

. .Cincinnati? . Get real.
