The lion's shaire of value in a PS 85 ST.V is that a person can player with the very racquet Pete Sampras played with. But, when a player cannot play with the racquet, it's value bites the big one.

Save the grommets, butt cap and Fairway grip

Is cracked Wilson Pro Staff St. Vincent worth anything?

Pretty worthless unless it has sentimental value. Save the butt cap, Fairway leather grip and possibly the grommets (if they are in good shape). For those 3 things, you'd probably fetch 30-40 dollars on Fleabay.

If you have a used Fairway grip, I'll buy it. I bought an SV with a synthetic grip and want to put a used Fairway back on it, so it looks original.

I didn't know leather grips come in different kinds and models. I'll check later today. Didn't know that a grip, a butt-cap and grommets have such HIGH value either!

Wait, that racket is burgundy red, while Pete Sampras used to use a black Pro Staff. So, if Sampras used a St. Vincent, was it a paint job?

It means you have a Jack Kramer Staff, not a 6.0.

...yes, but it will not fit the bumperless SV frames.
