Is Henri Laaksonen using an old Prestige?

Hey Guys,

I was watching the 2nd round match between Laaksonen and De Minaur today, and looked at Laaksonen's racquet. It looks like it's an 89.5-square inch Head racquet. Could it be a Prestige, or is the head size bigger than that?

I think he’s using the TGT293.2 which is the old IG Prestige MP

It seems to have grooves at bridge area, so it should not be an old Mid.
As VS stated, to me too it seems a TGT293 and not a PT57.

By the way, what clothing brand he uses?

It’s funny when folks talk about mids “ now “ on tour .
How the modern forehand couldn’t be done with a mids..
didn’t sergi brugera play with a head mid? Or was it a yonex mid?
The modern forehand is spoken of with such high regard , well all it is is more spin . And if say a sergi brugera or many other old school clay courters could hit with full on westerns with mids and produce plenty of spin without shanking so could say Rafa.
But would his shots be as effective with a mid ? Prolly not. But it’s negligible the difference .
It would be fun to see him play with a prestige type small little head .
But I wonder if the differences would be as big as we think .
Some of my personal fave ball strikers used those head 18x20 prestige’s and they straight hammered the ball and yes with tons of spin.
What I alwYs thought would be awesome to see is what nadal could do with a standard wood frame . And compare chart analysis on the speed and rpms of spin with his Babolat vs a donnay borg wood:)

Vs . Anyone using the head prestige 93 from the good ole days ?
Only obscure pros I believe.

Tobias Kamke toyed around with a radical mold last year but seems to be back to his prestige mid. No idea what version, only that it is likely a mid vs mp.

Georgina Garcia uses a mid of sorts. Probably used to be on a real mid and made the switch the the newest rev pro mold.

Crazy to me that Sloane Stephens used to be on the mid bandwagon before switching to get radical sledgehammer.

There’s a junior named Jack Anthrop using the new mid/rev pro mold, so that gives us hope in addition to the Croation likes of Cilic, Dodig, Mektic, and then there’s Andrej Martin as well.
