I posted this a few weeks ago in another thread. Have this diet below and two hours of working out at Equinox gym plus one hour on the tennis court. Do this everyday and you will be 6 packs abs in less than six months:
Father and mother, sleeping deep into the sea, your creation is going to become a freak of nature.I posted this a few weeks ago in another thread. just no carbs and no sugar. drink the diet coke. you wanna go crazy? whatever anybody says, diet coke>coke. you're allowed to have weaknesses
Most get carried away and avoid sodas. I've been skinny forever. whilst I'm capable of getting puffy, it's never been because I had 3 diet cokes instead of 2. mix it with water even
beside the point. drink 10 diet cokes or 10 cokes per day. one of those gives you the six pack. healthy unhealthy isn't the issue
Did you read the article? Drinking a lot of either will not give you the six pack.beside the point. drink 10 diet cokes or 10 cokes per day. one of those gives you the six pack. healthy unhealthy isn't the issue
Trying a new breakfast for a week.
- 2 poached eggs
- 1 chicken sausage
- leafy greens with olive oil
- small cup of yogurt
- bowl filled with sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds, pecans, pistacios, dried figs, dried cranberries.
- Salmon lox
- a few pieces of pineapple, watermelon, papaya
- 1 croissant with kumquat jam
- 2 pieces of roti prata with fish sauce
- 1 chocolate muffin
- small bowl of steamed lettuce, cauliflower, carrots
- 1 cup guava juice
Breakfast seems to be mostly healthy stuff?
My lunch is usually smaller, but dinner slightly bigger.
Will measure my weight and bodyfat at the end of the week.
Yes. I am thinking that if I make my earlier meals bigger then it will make it easier for me to have a small, earlier dinner. If you're concentrating on how big each meal should be, follow the old saw "Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince, and dinner like a Pauper."
The idea being that the earlier meals can be bigger because you still have plenty of time to burn off calories. By the time you hit dinner, many are sedentary after that.
Or you could go the TRF [time restricted feeding] method of eating only 2 meals per day [or even 1].

Why would you want to do that? Just stick to a healthy plant-based/seafood 3 meals a day with plenty of exercises and you will get six packs in no time. Don't try to over complicate things.
Yeah i'm not really on board with a small dinner. like do you really want to do that? have to balance a bit with enjoyment. Some of this is maybe personal preference but if i was gonna scale back on quantity, I would make lunch a lighter meal and then look forward to dinner.
What also helps is taking a walk after dinner when you're able, helps with digestion and work off the meal a bit.
Everybody can decide for himself whether modifying portion size depending on which meal is overly complicated. The logic seems sound to me and it's simple.
I thought the original question was to get a six pack, no?
If that's the case, just eat and train like Djokovic and one will get a six pack in no time.
Didn't quite work every day. One day I felt very hungry and ate 3 additional meals, including a burger late at night around 10pm.If you're concentrating on how big each meal should be, follow the old saw "Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince, and dinner like a Pauper."

- Someone who is thin and exercises but has a poor diet might still have a mini-gut
Are gummy bears part of your diet? This year I reached the age where I've begun to fear I may be headed down this path...
But I started eating more because when I was thinner I felt like I was lacking in endurance.
Helped tremendously. Not sure if at this point it's a trade-off or I'm simply self-indulgent.

Seems to be easier for me to make my last meal bigger and then skip breakfast.

2 meals per day might be difficult for me but having a smaller window of eating seems sustainable.Everyone has different responses. At the very least, eating 2 meals per day allows your body a longer rest when it's not digesting and trying to control blood sugar levels.
can get a 6pack walkingWe see most pro tennis players have 6 pack when they lift their shirts.
Is it possible to get hot just from playing tennis? If so, how many hours a week to get the 6 pack?
Please inform how is your body shape before answering, Thanks!
I'm slim skin and bones, love coke and hate salad. But play only 1 hour a week these days.

duh.LOL... You're not going to get six packs from just walking alone. Diet and exercise (at Equinox) is the key to six packs abs
Have you tried this exercise machine? We see most pro tennis players have 6 pack when they lift their shirts.

If people can get ripped with a masturbator machine then every tennis player should have a 4 pack at least.Have you tried this exercise machine?

I lost 10lbs, not by eating less but by changing my diet [no more soda, cut way back on simple carbs, more complex carbs, more veg, etc]. One of the most obvious changes was that my love handles got a lot smaller, something that's very difficult to do with exercise alone.
Yeah... my diet consists of trash way more often than I care to admit. I'm a sucker for junk food. I consider myself lucky to have been able to eat whatever I want and stay borderline underweight/healthy as long as I did/was. I've added in intermittent fasting an an experiment but I do think a change of diet is what I need - not just a change in volume but something wholly different. Cutting out soda sounds like a good place to start... which would encourage me to decrease fried/greasy foods since I pair them.
