Is it St Vincent, Chicago or Taiwan?

Hi I just got hold of a "PRO STAFF MIDSIZE" which is apparently a former model of the current (Chinese) ProStaff 6.0 85 sold at TW. I just wonder if one can tell which former model it is. If you lie the racket on the floor, you can see the word "PRO STAFF" written on the shaft (at the end of the red and yellow lines). And the word "MIDSIZE" appears on the outside of the shaft, right "below" the word "PRO STAFF". There are no printed words about recommended string type or tension. But it does have two stickers in the inside of the shaft. One says "4 1/2(L4) String at 65-70 lbs.". The other says "Weight/Oz. 11.6-12.3 Unstrung Balanced 1.0-1.5 in. Headlight". It has a white butt cap, with a big red "W" logo. And ther are three letters under the "W", says "GYQ". Hope you can help me identify its origin. Thanks.

XXQ = St. Vincent. Must be an earlier model with that high of a tension range recommendation.
