Is there any similar string to luxilon BB original

I play with an RF97 and im looking for a string with similar playability that holds tension better than BB original and also low powered, i wish i could afford nat gut tho.
I usually string at 55-57 lbs.

fwiw bbo holds tension pretty well, it's just stiff the whole time.

Im just saying i wish i could hybrid with a poly and strung it in a high tension

i dont understand, Isospeed strings are not cheap in any way in Europe even while it is a Austrian brand. The exception being the cheap Plox strings that is.

Should be around $10/stringjob and is very durable.

I actually swapped the bk for rpm blast 1.35. Lasts almost as long as bk, but for a little more playability. Also 200m of rpm here is similarly priced to bk.

But I tend to agree with jolly on strings and definitely check out grey fire, seriously good string. Won't be as crisp as bb but a little softer and still nice feel.

Also I use the RF, I'd recommend a thicker gauge as it is reasonably open. Just drop the tension and you still get good control. So maybe try a thicker bbo?

BBO is legendary in the string world lol. Wish they made it in thinner gauges tho since now i can afford it vs my starving college playing days Haha
