Sorry, I believe its a fake as there appears to be the tell-tale "Legacy" hologram sticker in the throat area. It also looks like there's a swing tag/card attached to the frame, usually in chinese characters. If so, the real APD GT's don't have the holo sticker nor the warranty card. In fact, no Babolat has the Legacy holo sticker.
Another way to tell is to look at the buttcap. There should be 3 letters stamped into the buttcap end. If there aren't any, then again likely to be a fake, but there are some fakes out there which do have the letters stamped on the buttcap. So, open up the trapdoor of the buttcap. If you see a yellow type foam its fake. In the real one, you'll see the hollowness of the handle and the staples which hold the buttcap to the frame.
