i have been reading articles and doing searches on the boards and the most common tips are keep the elbow in [meaning keeping it bent] and lifting and coming off of the ground when hitting the forehandn [basically lifting and pushing off so the feet are off of the ground]
so you guys think this will improve the consistency, power and depth of my forehand? i have been doing everything to try to fix my forehand. my backhand is solid and i want to have a good forehand as well so it is not attackable.
thanks
