Is this POG? Prince Graphite Comp

[In D Zone]

A friend gave me this racquet. Not all familiar with the Prince racquet - need some help on the specs of this frame.

Not sure if this is the famed POG. It does not have Tour on the frame, instead it has Graphite Composite. There are 2 stripes and have individual grommets.

I think its 110 head frame, slightly longer heat than my 98 frames

Weights: 12.8 oz / 362 grame

Thin head frame: 17 mm

2 strips - green/ gold around the rim

That's a Graphite Comp. POGs all have the cross bar in the throat.

Balance - is about even (slightly 6pt HL). 1/4 grip - added overgrip

I played with it today; rallyed for 30 minutes Soft butterly feel but definitely SW is on the heavy side. As I have read in the other post - volley is its weakness not surprised there. You don't need to hit with a fast swing, best result is to relax and let the mass of the weight do its thing. This racquet is perfect for baseliners; big sweet spot.
I have not tried serving. I need to get use bigger frame first; I am used to playing mid.

This is a great frame - I used it as my main stick for a few months last year - my one was about 10 grams lighter though!

I bought a pair of these (for darn cheap) Took it out for a spin. Compared to a POGOS 4 stripes I have, it does NOT have the same oomph behind the ball (though more maneuverable) Good feel from the fiberglass. But what I love about the Graph Comps is the THIN beam. I guess I have a fetish for thin frames, looks sickass beautiful!

Mate, if you live in the United States or Canada there's an absolute bucket load of Graphite Comps on the big auction site and they're all very cheap. I love the racquet and would still be playing them if it wasn't such a nuisance sourcing and shipping them to Australia.

I recently bought a POG Longbody. It's softer than the other Graphites. Reminds me alot of the Graphite Comp. I'm going to shorten the Longbody to 27" and wgt(12.1oz) and balance(8 pts HL) it like the POG Mid. Even at 28" I've enjoyed the flex on topspin angle forehands, and drop volleys. Great allround for touch shots.
And yeah, I watch the bay for 4 5/8 G-Comps 110's. Haven't pulled the trigger yet, but I did sign up for PayPal if a bargain presents itself.
Sidenote: There was a girl from Sydney who played #1 on my college's women's team back in the 80's. Her Dad was a teaching pro for John Newcombe. She taught all of us to say "bloody" instead of our normal cuss words. Goes well with any combination of ugly words instead of actually saying the bad word. Carrie was a alot of fun. She was still playing standard wood racquets after all of us had gone Prince Oversize. And never go up against her in drinking games. I learned that one the hard way.
