The sport of seniors has arrived at Oracle Fall Nats-not sure if the pickleball is for the players or the spectators but it is hilarious that it is a scheduled event at Nat champs. Will the pickleball be livestreamed too? https://www.itatennis.com/ITA/Event...bsiteKey=eb58e146-6a42-4310-ac1b-6985bca5fc9b

The Fall Champs is supposed to be the best of college players but excludes those playing Futures (Riffice, Geller) or recent/current/upcoming Challengers (Cville-Soderlund, Knoxville-Kovacevic, Houston-Crawford, Holt, Nanda, Sarkhar) or who took the whole fall off (Nakishima, Jubb, Brooksby, Galarneau, Sigouin). Only 4 players from the ITA preseason top 10 are playing. The top seeds are Yuya Ito (1), Keegan Smith (2 seed-preseason #20), John McNally (3-preseason 11) and Daniel Cukierman (4). Sigsgaard and Columbia's Jack Lin are two others playing from preseason top 10. Will Ito win his 2nd title of the fall or can either of the Cali top seeds Keegan or Cukierman beat him?

3 freshmen made the cut-Styler of Michigan seeded #9, Kingsley of Ohio State #14, and unseeded Siem Woldeab of Texas. UTRs range from 12.28 (NAIA winner from ITA Cup) to 14.61 (Ito). Only 30 of the top 64 in preseason rankings are playing plus 17 players ranked 65-125, 11 unranked D1 players, 3 players from other divisions (NAIA, D2, JUCO-D3 winner not playing), and the 3 freshmen. Selection criteria included the 2 finalists from each of the 12 regionals, All-American quarterfinalists and consolation finalists, Oracle Masters winner, and at large selections mainly based on ITA ranking. Will be interesting to see how the freshmen play. Styler and Kingsley have already had their share of wins this fall to earn seeds.
