Djokovic is one of the greatest big match players ever. He is a mental beast, and here is Ivanisevic coming out and saying that he thinks Djokovic might not perform as well against Nadal if he faces him in the title match compared to a SF.

Such a stupid thing and disrespectful thing to say. Goran is one of the most likeable people in tennis but again he has made a comment creatinf an unnecessary discussion for Djokovic even after knowing the problems he caused at the last RG.

I think it’s more the fact that Djokovic will be fresher in the semis. He’s likely to have more in the tank to battle Rafa. In final he’s more likely to be drained physically. Normally because he’s had a tougher semi or been scheduled as the 2nd semi. At least being in sane half Rafa isn’t going ahead of Novak.

Nadal is still the huge favourite but I do rate Novak’s chances slightly higher in a semi. Only by about 10% though

Djokovic gonna struggle against likes of Sonego at French. By the time he reaches Nadal he will be half dead already.

Pushed to fifth by a youngster. Pushed to 3.5 hours by BerreMug. Djokovic on clay is no longer a force. It will take miracle for him to beat Nadal in semis.
