Jack Draper "I have the weapons to beat Sinner Alcaraz"

I prefer women actually, not that there’s anything wrong with the reverse…I do prefer the “under-promise and over-deliver” approach

“happy to be in the Final, gonna give my best out there and see what happens”, it’s very easy to say.
That was the Nadal way. Rafa did do it to wind people up to be fair, hence i enjoyed it, but i am waiting for a player to come out and say, ' i want revenge for my last loss to the mug and am going to take it right out of his ass'

“Those who live in glass bodies shouldn’t throw stones.”

Draper has the stuff, but we have yet to see him put in a full season. I would consider it a troubling pattern.

Power baseline hitter, Sinner eats those for breakfast. Only potential advantage is being lefty.
Hes lefty is maybe limited by the sinner elite backhand but thats not the entire package.
Draper just need to reduce the % in rallies mistakes and hes right there to battle against anybody

Of all the current tour (barring Djokovic) it's actually the 2 old suspects turning up in their best form that can beat Sinnercraz in a slam.

It's Medvedev and Zverev.

It's practically impossible now given how far they have fallen but both have demonstrated they can handle these two if their games click.

People forget but Medvedev with his worst run to a slam final was obliterating Sinner till he ran out of gas. The slam before he beat Alcaraz comprehensively.

People will not remember it but the Zverev Carlos match that Zod won had a long patch at the end where Carlos went into his zone like this year's RG final. Zed handled him still.

I still am betting on Medvedev to do something in AO but the point is these two are the only proven players aside from Djokovic.

As for Draper , not seen him enough but 100% this should be the attitude.

That’s because both Daniil and Sascha are the best players of their generation (including Thiem), which is still respectable regardless of how poor that gen is. They got much to blame too but they’re still two of the unluckiest players ever in my book all things considered, literally sandwiched between two big ATGs eras.

Exactly. A much better philosophy then ending up the next Rune.

to beat sinner you need to be a servebot with good baseline game.

snag a few tiebreaks.
Or STRETCH him so he's hitting shots from the doubles alley :D

It’s not EASY but that’s the path. Sinner doesn’t like playing big servers.

Dimitrov almost did it at Wimbledon. Shapo troubled him briefly at USO. Federer would have smoked him lol
Agree on the last statement.
Shapo has the pace and depth that matches up with sinner and did that day. But he just fumbles the bag even in big matches he plays well. He was hitting with pace and depth and sinner was neutralized for a good portion of that match.

Shapo will go down as one who wasted his talent.

Lol people still use that dimitrov match ignoring the fact sinner was clearly not right after hurting hes elbow in the first game, but whataver makes u happy.. sinner eats big servers like Candy, data dont lie

Why is it that every time sinner is about to lose or loses, it’s “he was not right”
