Jack Kramer Millenium

I just bought an unstrung, unused Jack Kramer Millenium as a collector's piece.

Have any of you ever actually tried this racquet or is it does it just go into the tennis fanatics display case? Was the old St. Vincent Jack Kramer Pro Staff (the maroon one) the same racquet with a different paint job.

Anyway, this seems fun just to own.

By the way, I think it would be great if racquets had endorsement names on them like they did in the 70s and early 80s but I am sure that would be cost prohibitive these days. Even Jack Kramer's name.

I bought some on clearance years ago. I tried it for a hitting session and a few sets of doubles. While it looks amazing, I thought it was very weak hitting (hollow). Still fun to have in a collection (I don't collect frames, so I sold all of mine).

The Kramer maroon was completely different. It was a box beam like the PS 85 with fiberglass instead of kevlar. Your version is 95" and more along the lines of the 6.1.
