There are a few comments in the 2023 New Sponsorships thread about Sock playing a fully stenciled Yonex EZone. I was watching the Cleveland Challenger with Sock going up vs a Californian WC teenager Alex Michelsen. The teen beat him 6&4.Thank you

That actually works extremely well, although technically it's not "after 6pm", but rather "take what time you normally go to bed, subtract 4, and that's your time to stop eating". It's commonly said as 6pm because most working adults go to sleep ~ 10pm.Asked afterwards what fitness tips he recommend, after it was revealed he'd lost 20lbs, he said
"never eat anything after 6pm"
I did this ~ 20 years ago (at the suggestion of our club pro). Knocked off 15lbs in ~ 2 months, although I suspect now that I'm in my mid5060s it would take a bit longer if I tried it today.
Trust me....it does
Then how come you never see old fat people?I read that metabolisms slow by 1% per year after 60!

So it's going to get harder and harder.
Better keep in shape everyone
The main 'Break-fast' message is; ideally leave 14 hours evening and overnight before you breakfast.
That's pretty tough!
Sockie and his Yonex were a bit overawed by Taylor Fritz and his Head.
More match play needed.
Nothing wrong with the Racquet though![]()
That was a pretty close match
-i like the change for him
-its provably/def. easier on his wrist than the previous babo.!!
The aero storm was actually mid stiffness around 65 if I recallYes! He was using one of 'the' Bab sticks of arm death![]()
Can agree with you there hahaThat doesn't seem as stiff as I would have thought - preconceived prejudice
Been described as spotty outside of the sweet spot / inconsistent string bed response.
Just what you don't want when you load top spin like Mr Sock.
I think it's an old box beam Babo, not that stiff for a Babolat... The ezone could be identical in term of stiffness rating.-i like the change for him

Is he still using alu? Just the light blue one? I thought it was blue poly tour blue since he switched to everything yonex, including overgrip, which he used tourna for years. And yes you are correct! His old box beam frame had a stiffness around 67, which not soft but felt fine, especially with some blue tac. I have to believed one of his pro stocks that was new, but made for him, just a standard aero storm in an L3.I think it's an old box beam Babo, not that stiff for a Babolat... Maybe the ezone gives him a bit more control with 8 mains throat, and handle better low tension alu that he uses

He was using orange string last night, I watched the match. Most likely Poly Tour Rev, so was Ben Shelton.Sock was using some sold of black string yesterday, what sting is that ??

Before switching over to Yonex he used Rpm blast and alu power rough last year. I would think the black he used was probably poly tour pro 16L. I think he was trying all of the colors to see how they played, like the blue above. But definitely poly tour rev from the looks of it.Sock was using some sold of black string yesterday, what sting is that ??

It is orange! Very red pigmented though.man that red string looks awsome. and why is he not wearing the yonex shoes ?
Looks like K Swizzle? Maybe feet too wide for JP shoes and they won't make him a custom.man that red string looks awsome. and why is he not wearing the yonex shoes ?
Yonex makes shows in Wide (see the Sonicage line). Additionally, those are Ultrashot 3s he's wearing, which are listed as a "medium" width.Looks like K Swizzle? Maybe feet too wide for JP shoes and they won't make him a custom.
Because they die of the number one killer in developed countries…Then how come you never see old fat people?
