Agree on the graphene rad mp. I have the ltd colours and they just rock.. :) wish they would be just a tad more comfortable though

Couldn't help myself. 2 Prince Textreme Warriors for $80 apiece. New. Feeling good about my stash of racquets right now. New Pro Ones, Textreme Warriors. The Classic Graphite 100 alongside a 4-stripe oversize POG.
Where'd u score the Warriors? The bay?

I was tempted by that listing to pick up a 2nd TW100 but it just seemed a little shady.
Yeah. The price was unbelievable. Oh, well. I'm good with what I've got. I'm still going to sell some more racquets including the TC 100 so hopefully I'll have some good $$$. I thought Angell was the final frontier for me, but maybe I'll check it a pro stock...

Still torn between the Pro One and TTWarrior :)

The Warrior seems to work best for doubles and the Pro One for singles.
I may just keep both and use them that way.

What about the 100P? Did you replace it with the Textreme Warrior? Can you tell why you prefered the Warrior? I am considering buying one of those but I cannot demo. I am currently using the Textreme Tour 100T weighed up to 335g strung.

I still have my 100Ps. I didn't officially replace anything yet. But I have been playing mostly with my Pro One and TTWarrior lately.

I'm finding my Warrior to be a bit more maneuverable than the Pro One GT I'm demo'ing. Are you finding the same thing or did you weight up your Warrior to be similar to the Pro One?

Yes the Warrior is more maneuvearable than the P1. I did add some weight to the warrior...
4 grams at 3/9 and 8 in the handle. Both weigh 340 strung

I have a 327g, 330 SW 100T and a 335g, 338SW 100P, to me, the 100T to me has significant more control and spin, 100p is a lot more powerful, more solid and more stable. 100p lack the control that allow me to actually play with it, going to try to remove the weight, but I only added 4g to it total, rest of the weight is from changing to shockshield grip and OG.

No plan to even try Warrior due to stiffness so can't help there.

JackB1 can you compare your modded TTWarrior to the 100P? I have modded my 100P virtually the same way (4g at 3&9 and 12g in handle) - love this set up but have a Warrior demo on the way that I'm planning to mod the same way.

The 100P is lower powered and has a 18x20 pattern so the trajectory is quite lower and less spinny than the Warrior.

Jack- the TW TTWarrior review came in at 11.1 oz. strung what was your's at when you got it.

Do you like it better than the Pro One 97 GT

im playing the textreme 100T in league doubles now ... in all its bone stock lightness. takes a little more care to control a light frame, but it is really easier on my elbow and shoulder than anything else ive used in the last 6 months. strung w syn gut at 55 lbs. little frame can really whip up some spin.

Just strung up my head TGK 285.2 aka Head Graphene XT Extreme Pro. It came to me unstrung at 295 grams, balance point 13 inches, no lead or silicone. I've owned a Prince prostock in the past and wasn't all that impressed with it. This Head pro-stock Extreme Pro looks as if its a retail frame just lighter than what's sold at the stores. I hit with it bone stock yesterday. Was not impressed. Unstable, the feel was brassy/tinny, subpar plow, sweetspot was smallish. To be expected. Today I put 4 grams of blu-tack in the handle and 2 grams of lead at noon and the racquet played much better. Sweetspot was enhanced, much more stable at 11.5oz. I guess there are Head pro stocks such as the legendary PT coded racquets and then there's the others. I read several threads on TT about prostocks before I bought one. I knew what I was getting. With that said I'm sure it's not worth the cost for me. It is fun to play around with though!

Mine was around 330 grams strung with overgrip and all. I added 4 g's at 3/9 and 10 in the handle, so now it's at around 345 grams.
I don't necessarily like it "better" than the Pro One...it's just easier to use and keeps me in some points longer.

Is this the hidden diamond of the 11 oz. racquet world!!!

Boris Becker Delta Core NYC
I don't know. Never tried it, but the specs look good except for the swingweight being quite low at 304.
I loved the Becker DC Pro, which has my perfect specs, but a butt ugly cosmetic.

I fainted when i saw the specs. First racquet that hit my Hingis Yonex TI 1700 MP.

11 oz strung
314 SW
5 pts. HL
66 Stiffness.

I might pull the trigger on the $59 gift!

What do you suggest to get the SW up to 314. Where do we lead this baby up.

The cosmetic on the Becker is pretty nice. Matte Black Pro Staff 97 style which means it was ahead of it's time :)

I continue to feel drawn towards the TW100 and the T100P. Unfortunately it seems that Prince is no longer or poorly distributed where I live (Montreal). I may take advantage of my holidays in Europe this summer to find a demo.
The Tour100p looks perfect for me except the 18x20 pattern. Although many players emphasized that it is a pretty open 18x20 I'm wondering how it would translate in term of top spin, which is important for my game. Some will say that technique makes topspin but I think an open pattern helps.
The TW100 may be good for me but I'm a bit concerned by the feel and feedback provided by APD like frames.
Could some of you elaborate on your experience about the difference between TW100 and T100P regarding feel, feedback, comfort and "hollowness"?
What would recommend people who are baseline players like me?

The 100P IS an OPEN racquet...believe me. The size of the spaces in the middle of the pattern is the same as many 16x19's.

my experience is that the warrior has more power, more spin, and less control than the 100P. the 100P is a real bread and butter frame that has good control and decent spin. the only thing i dont like about the 100P is that the pattern is tight around the edges ... not the best for off-center hits. really no idea why they made it an 18x20.

the warrior has a thick beam, which isnt my favorite. very forgiving spinny frame if youre going for high percentage shots though. string pattern reminds me of the pure aero and speed MP because it's so open.

How stiff did the Warrior feel? I tend to hit higher I the string bed, any experience with that? Forced to take a hard(er) look at Prince due to TE.

You should check out the Donnay 2016 Formula 100 GT. Has all the attributes of the TTWarrior in a super arm friendly package

But what about the feel? TexWar100 vs Tex 100p? Big difference?
I switched from APD to Graphene Rad mp and I prefer the feedback and the softer feeling provided by the Rad mp.

All the Textremes have a good feel. I don't find them hollow feeling, but I didn't play them stock (added silicone in the handle, and lead tape in the hoop). But as long as you aren't putting some super stiff string at a high tension, I can't see them being a problem for anyone.

I used the Donnay trial program, and ended up buying the frame. I hit with the Formula today, and I think it needs poly (or I need to spend some more time with it) to have the control I need. I put Prince Original Syn Gut in it, just to get a feel for the frame. I agree with Jack, in his comments about it. I am going to cut the strings out today, and restring it with Black Shark, and I think it will be a formidable weapon. If I am feeling super crazy, I am going to dig out the foam, and replace it with silicone ;)

The Formula actually has more control then the Warrior for me. It makes me work just a bit harder for depth. The Warrior is slightly more powerful and that's comparing my Warrior with poly/multi hybrid to
the Formula with full Head Velocity multi. I am going to try a poly/multi hybrid next in the F100 to add some crispness and spin. Velocity is a really nice multi though. Good control and doesn't move at all, which is rare for a multi.

Haven't checked the entire thread, but has a Pure Strike 16x19 or 18x20 been mentioned? The specs seem right in your "wheel house". I just picked up a few because if the TW sale.

I have a feeling that Black Shark will be able to tame the Formula for me ;) That is one of the reasons I love that string so much. The dead, crisp and controlled way it plays. I haven't hit with the Warrior in a little while....time to get it back out and put it in the bag. (I think it has Warrior Response in it...that would look cool in the Formula as well)

update time......

I am still undecided between what I like better between the Angell TC100 and the Textreme Warrior 100. I have been playing both lately and can switch between them without losing a beat.
The Warrior has been my choice for doubles, because it's a little quicker and more maneuverable at net that the TC100. The TC100 has about a 5 pts higher swingweight (335 vs 330) so I use
it for singles and it works great. I also have a Donnay Formula 100 Tricore in the mix, but I haven't had a chance to play it much yet. I haven't yet liked it as much as the other two, but things may
change when I customize it some more and put my preferred strings on it.

ive been back with the speed MP lately (ltd. version with the cool paint). being reminded yet again that its just a little too flimsy. pure aero and tw warrior are same static weight, theyre just much more sturdy frames. downside being the thick beam construction that ... uh ... well, makes them more stable. its a conundrum.

Hi Jack,

How would you compare the TW100 and TC100 (I recall you now have the RA70) in terms of comfort and feel. I tried out the TW100 briefly, but found it a bit uncomfortable. I played it stock if I remember correctly
