I can tell you first hand that the sticks in question are sweet hitting racquets...They are 18x20 and are flexible...real nice .

I'm pretty sure if you buy them, you wouldn't want to play with them :-|

Call me a skeptic but how would you know, 100%, that these were his "real" racquets and not just a modded up stock 300g with an 18x20 string pattern and a little lead on the side?

Email James and ask? Should get an interesting response. Either admits to using a completely custom frame and paint job (like we know he does) or admits that these are not his "real" sticks.

Hard to imagine they wouldn't be the "real thing" but if I'm shelling out $500 US I want the racquet he just played a match with just to make sure.

Richie Rich, sorry mate but you've made such a contradictory statement that I think you should definitely email James if you have any such doubts, I'm sure he or his webmaster would be quite happy to answer honestly any of your doubts.

I can tell you the *two* I OWN are genuine. The sticks are signed, and yes, I've hit with one of them. I can assure you that these are the REAL deal.

Dunlop makes sticks for player with their name on them. All of their players have their name in the throat. These sticks were made FOR James, these were his. These sticks have never been played with but are out of his stock. They are his custom frame, handle modification and weighted to his specs. The beam width is also thinner than that of a 300g...
James has been kind enough to sign them.

If you an enthusiast, it's an opportunity to own one.

Sorry for the Rant...
