I'm eager to learn this shot because I can't count how many times i've had to jump a bit to return the serve and i'm able to get my racquet up but not my body... usually resulting in the ball eaither going straight down or flying long. I've been trying to base it off a picture I saw of Fed doing one (I know, I know, I shouldn't be trying to imitate Fed... but it seems like he of all people would know the correct and proper form of doing it... btw the pic is someone's avatar on the boards I think). I can read serves really well by looking at the opponent's feet and line of action, so 90% of the time I know when it's going to my BH. So any tips on how to get my body on the same plane as my racquet? When I consciously try to jump while swinging (bad idea) my arm flails a bit and the return goes sideways as a result of the racquet face turning. Thanks.
